Return and Refund Policy

This return policy ("Policy") governs the return of products purchased from ROI WATER USA LLC ("Company") by its customers ("Customer"). By making a purchase from the Company, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Return Period

The Company offers a return period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact the Company within this period. Requests made after this period will not be honored.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the product must satisfy the following conditions:

The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

The Customer must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To commence a return, the Customer must contact the Company via email at info@roiwater.us  Upon receiving a return request, the Company will provide the Customer with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to the following address: 1312 Commerce Ln, Jupiter, FL 33458, USA.

4. Acceptance of Returns

The Company reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the eligibility criteria or return process outlined herein. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

The Customer must inspect the product upon receipt and notify the Company immediately of any defects, damages, or incorrect items received. The Company may request photographic evidence of the issue before approving a replacement or return.

6. Exclusions

The Company does not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and non-refundable.
